Travel Promotions is a highly experienced travel company specializing in providing our clients with access to some of the finest hotels and resorts with savings of up to 70%. We strive to provide our clients with the highest level of luxury for an affordable price.

Can I choose my own travel dates?

Absolutely, you can select any travel dates you wish including School holidays and Peak travel times, there are no costly supplements. Please be aware that for busy times it is advisable to give plenty of notice to avoid disappointment.
Resort availability is extremely limited during Christmas and New Year periods and is on a request basis only.

What is an ´Open Week´?

The option of booking your week as an ´Open Week´ is a superb idea if you don´t want to miss out on one of our special promotions but do not have exact travel dates in mind. Simply reserve and pay for your week at the special price and request your week be booked as an ´Open Week´ option then contact us when you have travel dates to confirm your holiday.

Can I add additional travelers?

Unit size varies by resort. The standard accommodation sizes are either a Studio apartment or a 1 bedroom apartment that sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16. Under certain circumstances we can accommodate larger families in a 2 bedroom unit which would sleep up to 6 people. Please speak with your Customer Service agent who will place a request for a 2 bedroom unit in to your chosen resort.

How do Travel Promotions provide such great savings?

Travel Promotions is not affiliated to any tour operator or exchange company, but is an independent accommodation provider with direct contracts with the resorts themselves. Therefore we cut out any extra costs and pass on the savings to the holidaymaker.

Upon your arrival at your resort, you will be assigned a Personal Representative who will advise you of how to get the most out of your holiday both on the resort itself and in the local area. During your stay, at a convenient time, your Personal Representative will give you a guided tour of your resort with no obligation to purchase anything

Is there any other cost to pay once I have paid my reservation fee?

No there is no other cost to pay once you have paid your reservation fee.

Can I book an extra week to extend my holiday?

Some resorts allow guests to purchase an additional week. However, as this week will be charged at the normal Rack Rate of the hotel the price will be greater than the price of your 1st Promotional week. Your Customer Service Agent will advise you the cost of a 2nd week reservation if required.

What happens after I have booked my week?

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking immediately following your reservation being made and your payment being processed. Postal confirmation can also be arranged if required.


Our Terms of Use 1. All accommodation is based on two adults sharing. Additional guest places can be requested but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Up to two additional guests under the age of 12 can be added are free of charge. 2. If we are unable to accommodate you at this hotel/resort due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be accommodated in an alternative hotel/resort of the same standard. 3. Please note these holidays are not to be used in conjunction with any other Bonus or Promotional week and are valid for up to 7 nights only in one stay. In the event you desire additional nights please note that these must be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Where we can accommodate we will agree with you either to use time from any additional weeks you may have or a rental cost for the extra nights. Please note UK breaks are up to 3 nights maximum but additional nights can be purchased. Any additional monies taken for upgrades, additional nights or additional guests is non-refundable as the break is paid for at the time of booking by Travel Promotions. We may, however be able to change the date of the bookings for a £35 admin charge if notified a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. 4. If you need to cancel the purchase of these holiday weeks, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone, email or in writing to our registered address as below. You have 14 days in which to do this, from the date of purchase. 5. The discounted purchase price of these weeks is based on you meeting a set criteria, if your circumstances change you may no longer meet the minimum criteria set by some resorts. Should you not meet this criteria for a particular resort you desire, rental prices are available. You will not be eligible to visit certain resorts if you have previously visited it or any resort owned by its parent company and have taken a promotional tour with them within the last 36months. 6. You are not obliged to eat any meals at the resort. All meals (if not confirmed in writing by Travel Promotions), travel, telephone & electricity charges are the responsibility of the redeeming party. 7. At the courtesy of the resorts management, recipient couples will be requested to take part in a promotional tour of the resort during one morning or afternoon of your stay, which will explain the various facilities and benefits the resort has to offer. The resort reserves the right to charge the cost of the accommodation at standard rates should recipients refuse to take the tour. PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOU ARE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE, JOIN OR RENT ANYTHING IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION. 8. You will be charged full price for the accommodation for any of the following reasons: a. Misrepresentation when completing your holiday survey and request form to Travel Promotions or any of its third party agents. b. If you do not arrive at the resort on the date allocated to you and confirmed by you by Travel Promotions. c. If you cancel 14 days or less before your break. d. If you refuse to accept clause 6. 9. Not meeting the resort criteria or failure to arrive at the resort on the date allocated to you & confirmed by you without prior notification to Travel Promotions could result in being charged full price for the break, usually £45pppn. This could change depending on high/low season. 10. Travel Promotions does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury/death[s],accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences & conditions beyond their control including but not limited to act of god, nature, mechanical failure, sickness, strikes/law, act of terrorism, and politics. If you have any questions or want to request your travel dates please contact the Reservation Department on 0800 0124 713 with at least six weeks’ notice in order to assure ample time for the confirmation of the desired dates. We must inform you that no flights should be purchased prior to receiving a final confirmation letter which will state your holiday details. Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
