Who are Travel Promotions?

Travel Promotions is a highly experienced travel company specializing in providing our clients with access to some of the finest hotels and resorts with savings of up to 70%. We strive to provide our clients with the highest level of luxury for an affordable price.

Can I choose my own travel dates?

Absolutely, you can select any travel dates you wish including School holidays and Peak travel times, there are no costly supplements. Please be aware that for busy times it is advisable to give plenty of notice to avoid disappointment.
Resort availability is extremely limited during Christmas and New Year periods and is on a request basis only.

What is an ´Open Week´?

The option of booking your week as an ´Open Week´ is a superb idea if you don´t want to miss out on one of our special promotions but do not have exact travel dates in mind. Simply reserve and pay for your week at the special price and request your week be booked as an ´Open Week´ option then contact us when you have travel dates to confirm your holiday.

Can I add additional travelers?

Unit size varies by resort. The standard accommodation sizes are either a Studio apartment or a 1 bedroom apartment that sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16. Under certain circumstances we can accommodate larger families in a 2 bedroom unit which would sleep up to 6 people. Please speak with your Customer Service agent who will place a request for a 2 bedroom unit in to your chosen resort.

How do Travel Promotions provide such great savings?

Travel Promotions is not affiliated to any tour operator or exchange company, but is an independent accommodation provider with direct contracts with the resorts themselves. Therefore we cut out any extra costs and pass on the savings to the holidaymaker.

Upon your arrival at your resort, you will be assigned a Personal Representative who will advise you of how to get the most out of your holiday both on the resort itself and in the local area. During your stay, at a convenient time, your Personal Representative will give you a guided tour of your resort with no obligation to purchase anything

Is there any other cost to pay once I have paid my reservation fee?

No there is no other cost to pay once you have paid your reservation fee.

Can I book an extra week to extend my holiday?

Some resorts allow guests to purchase an additional week. However, as this week will be charged at the normal Rack Rate of the hotel the price will be greater than the price of your 1st Promotional week. Your Customer Service Agent will advise you the cost of a 2nd week reservation if required.

What happens after I have booked my week?

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking immediately following your reservation being made and your payment being processed. Postal confirmation can also be arranged if required.
